According to my records I keep, and I am darn proud of them. I got Jade on 4/25/07 and she shed the day prior to that, the 24th. At the time she weighed in at 58g, a big one let me tell ya, lol, and then she shed again on 5/26/07, a complete perfect shed mind you, even with mites and tics and weighing in at 96g.
My male, Max, is also about to shed and his eyes grayed over on 5/27/07 so he is due to shed in a few days and he weighs in at 382g. His last shed was on 4/18/07 and he weighed in at 273g and was also a perfect shed with mites as well.
Both cages have been treated with PAM and have since then haven't had problems.
From my understanding, shedding is not a common task they do, yet mine have shed twice in two months, now granted when they do shed its flawless and in one complete piece, but is it normal for them to shed this much?
