Okay so I hooked up my ranco to two flexwatt heat tapes and my concern now is what should I set the temperature at? (theyre both heating two 15 quart tubs) and eventually I will add a 32 quart also. Another concern I have is , what is DIF1 mean? you can move it up by 1 every time etc 1,2,3..... so on and also should I leave it at H1 or C1 maybe they are HI or CI not sure if anyone has any clue please help.
