Post What a kick to the teeth...

Life has been CRAZY this past month!

Story #1: Long story short - I was being harassed, stalked, threated, etc by some crazy chick online and offline. Cop reports were filed and court dates were seen and had. Everything is "ok" now.

Story #2: Last year at the end of June early July I called it off with the guy who I had been dating for the past 3 years and was thinking of marrying. Had been guilt tripping myself every since for dumping him. This past Mothers day I got up the guts and called him. On Monday we met up and talked over a lot of things. We both forgave each other and are once again spending time together and talking and both hope that we can work things out again. Never did I ever think we would ever spend May 20th together again since that was our little year anniversary day. Needless we had a really great past weekend together. Sadly when our friends find this out about us we both are going to be clubbed to death.

Story #3: My father was told he had lung cancer three year ago. He since has beaten it... or so we thought. He coughed up some blood a few weeks ago. His doc's told him it was nothing and just put him on some inhalers and antibiotics thinking it was bronchitis. His cough wasn't going away or anything so we went back to his cancer doc today with me. They stuck a microscope down his nose into his lung and took a look around. There they found a few small tumors in his right lung. What a bite in the butt was that to hear that. He had part of his right lung removed three years ago... and hardly made it though all the chemo. So yeah I'm not sure what his Dr.'s and such are going to do and such. He is in his 60's and not in good health so I highly doubt he will be able to do chemo again just from before. If they do chemo I'll be either attempting to work two full time jobs OR three part time jobs to support us.... like I did three years ago.

Story #4: Baby BP & Boa season is here. I no longer have a life on the weekdays... but it keeps me busy... and out of trouble.

So yeah my life is a roller coaster right now with up's and downs and loops here and there. I'm still around here... just not as much as I'd like. Hope you all are doing well!!!

I'm glad you got the crazy chick situation worked out. That is a terrible thing to have to go through.

I hope you are able to work things out with your friend. Remember to take it slow and communicate!

I'm so sorry to hear about your father. Keep thinking positive. He can and will beat it again. You and your family will definitely be in my thoughts and prayers.

I really hope everything works out for you. I am going through a real tough time with my girlfriend who as of May 7th, I have been with for 3 years. I know how it is. Also, I hope your dad pulls through. If he is anything like his daughter, he will get through it perfectly fine

I don't know you all too well but if you ever need someone to talk to, I am here to listen.

I'm very sorry to hear about your father. I'm actually going through now what you went through a few years ago. My Dad is currently recovering from a thoracotomy he had three weeks ago during which 1/3 of his right lung was removed in order to do away with a small malignant tumor. One of the several lymph nodes they removed from the area was also malignant, so he will be starting his first of four rounds of chemotherapy on Thursday. He's 57 years old and has never smoked a day in a his life, nor does he have any of the other "risk factors" for lung cancer. Best of luck to your father, you and the rest of the family. I'm sure he can beat it. Stay positive (I know it's not easy )

EDIT: OH! Another crazy coincidence: I'm also [discussing] getting back together with a very serious girlfriend of over a year after three months apart. Marriage? Well, we try not to utter the "M-word" at this point. Our friends know, and we've already been thouroughly verbally assaulted (at least she has, my friends don't much care).

Advice is what you ask for when you already know the answer but wish you didn't.
