    Frozen Rodent Supplier Near Nevada??

Does anyone know of a frozen rodent supplier in or very close to Nevada? Shipping costs are high everywhere that I have found online, but I would like to start ordering in bulk at a better price than I am getting now.. I really need to find a lower priced supplier closer by..

    Thank you, Stephenie

Mine were UT and TX, but check w/any of the local herp groups (societies) or maybe raptor rescue in your area. Maybe they'll go in on a shipment with you and share the cost of the shipping and handling.

Ok thank you, I will try looking into that. If not how are the ones you order from?

Re: Frozen Rodent Supplier Near Nevada??

    Stephenie,

I liked the one in UT, but thx to Uncle Sam's shafting him and his biz, he's had to cut back, so the last order I've just received was my 3rd time with The Mouse Factory in TX.

Edna is always very friendly and helpful. I haven't had any problems w/thawing. Some of the rat pups are sort of broken up but I think that may have actually happened after I rec'd and opened the package. (I don't remember right now.) They're not individually bagged, but they are vacuum packed. The prey items are clean and in good shape.

The shipping is obnoxious, but better priced than some of the other companies I was going to order from. I did a price and shipping comparison for the prey items I needed, btwn them and six other companies, and TMF was the best deal.

I'll continue ordering from TMF up and until B in Utah is back in biz.
