And before I get post about how his skin looks, hes shedding. Eyes just cleared up and figured I'd toss him in with a mouse to see if he would eat, and sure enough the lil guy was hungry. Looking forward to a nicely shed, well fed boy in a few days

Congratulations on the feed! He's a handsome boy!

I know he's shedding for you, but what is your humidity normally? I can't say any of my kids ever look that wrinkly at any point in their shed process, even when eating.

If it's any help, I keep my humidity at a constant 55%. Are you using heat lamps by chance?

When hes not shedding I keep at at about a solid 50% and during the shed I keep it at about 60%. And I have a heat lamp but it hasn't been on in quite a while, the temps have been stable without needing to use it. I looked in on him last night before I went to bed and hes completely shed, all in one long beautiful piece. Checked for eyecaps and to make sure all the tail was off and it was all there. And hes back to his normal self, no wrinkles at all.
