    Question Just a quick question

is it alright to take your BP's outside? It's warm here down right hot and I was wondering if taking Zoe outside would stress her out?

    Re: Just a quick question

many different answers to that, most people say yes. I've heard worries about bugs and stress and many other factors, but to be quite honest you probably won't pick up anything from outside, and depending on your snake the stress should not adversely affect him/her. Also the sun might be good for him. So basically if you feel comfortable doing it, and you're not scaring anyone with your 'big bad scaly slimey snake' then go for it.
I'm sure there will be differences of opinion though depending on the situation, but look at many of the pics posted on this site and there are many outdoor pics which should tell you that there shouldn't be too many worries.

    Re: Just a quick question

whenever i take mine outside (not very often) it takes them a few minutes to get used to their surroundings, but then they're content to look around for a while and see what they see. and, as qiksilver said, lots of people take their snakes outside for pics. outside pics, in my opinion, are the best because of the lighting, and the contrast with the green grass. if you take yours outside, just make sure (obviously) that there are no dogs or cats running around!
