    Fishes..

    I thought I'd join in with the fish pic trend going on lately.
    Here are some of my GFish, including my footlong mega Food, a sarasa.

    Here's our 125g tank; frogs, oscars, plecos, etc!

    Redfin and Livingstoni

    Oscars and redfin

    2 plecos; Stealth is the one on the left, who is over 14 inches long. One of the frogs is in here too.

    And a few tropicals from my 55g tank;
    Bala shark A good 4 inches long.

    And one of my paradise gouramis.

    I absolutely luuuurve Gouramis and paradise's are my favorite. I don't have room for one but I managed to convince my boyfriend to put one in his tank, I stare at it all the time.

    Holy cow that's a lot of goldfish! I'd love to see their tank.
    I have a 600 gallon pond in my backyard with 11 commons and 2 koi and it's over stocked 'doh!

    Awesome; I love koi. my neighbor has a pond with some that are longer than a man's arm.
    My GF tank is technically overstocked, but I overfiltrate and do weekly water changes. I think with certain fish (such as goldfish and african cichlids) you can overstock within reason and things will be fine. It just takes trial and error and years of experience, coupled with intuition.

    It is funny; when I bought the 2 that I have, they were drab shades of tan and maybe a little weird red and violet but drab; now they are something to look at!
