First feeding unsuccessful

So it has been a week since I got my new pets from the white plains show and since I want to have all my pets on the same feeding schedule I tried feeding my new baby balls(2). I went crazy going around town finding fuzzy’s but couldn’t find any, all I could find small enough from rat pinkies which must have been born very recently. Bought a few of them, when I came home from work I pre scented the tubs and dropped them in a few minutes later, they poked at it for a second but than just crawled over it like it wasn’t there and just curled up in their hides. I thought they might not be getting a strong enough heat sense or something, so I took an adult mouse and put it in a tub with the 2 pinkies with a separation, I thought they might get some of the smell from the mouse, tride again and got the same results. So hopefully they eat next week. I just hope they will be ok, they are babies and look a bit skinny. I also got a couple geckos which are being a bit fussy with eating, ive been rubbing a pinch of food on the tip of their mouth to make sure they get something.(I know this isn’t the gecko thread sorry, but all these animals came from the same place)

If you can't find any fuzzy rats, try hopper mice...Something is better than nothing...Especially when they are small...It's also usually not to hard to switch them to rats after they are a little bigger...

The only mice i could find were to big , the best live feeder i could find were pink rats so i figured i would give it a try, i try to stay away from frozen, (but you know this lol) oy..im sure they will be ok for another week...ill just check the petsore daily for a small small hopper or fuzzy and just house them till feeding time
