Ebay Feedback

Awhile ago I purcahsed something off ebay. I paid very promptly and kept up good communication. The seller however took a MONTH to get my item to me, sent me a UPS number that went to a different auction, it wasn't until I opened a dispute that my item was sent (though he guaranteed 3 days after it still took another 5 days). Not to mention his communication sucked.
I had asked him to leave me feedback and was ignored. To avoid retaliatory feedback I left him none.
So I'm on ebay today and happen to glance in my feedback area to see a neutral feedback, he doesn't even have the guts to actually SAY anything, he just left dots. He must have left it the last day it was available hoping I wouldn't notice in time to leave him the negative feedback he deserved.
It just ticks me off, what a chickenpoop jerk. And of course there is nothing to do except to reply to his feedback saying I can show a paypal reciept.
I have my paypal reciept to show it was paid within hours, what crap!

you can fight feedback though ebay i have done it and won. i will look later when i get home for the link and then post it.

When I looked up 'feedback' in their help section they say they cannot do anything for unfair feedback. And I don't just want it removed, I want it changed, if we 'mutually' withdraw it then it's still there.
The items were herp related so if anyone is watching any herp auctions and wants to make sure it's not this clown pm me and I'll give you his handle.
