is it normal that my bp hasent eat in like 4months?

It happens. 4 months is a little long tho...
Can you tell us a little about your set up? temps? humidity? tank or tub?

yeah, just make sure temps, humidity, and hides are all up to par and he'll come out of it. also, make sure he's stilla healthy weight.
it might have been that your were feeding him to much during the warmer months. they also slow down in the winter sometimes not even because of temperature. i believe it has a lot to do with barometric pressure changes that they sense telling them to slow down.
mind telling us what your husbandry is, how big your ball python is and what your feeding schedule was before he stopped eating?

Is it "normal"?
If your husbandry is spot on, no.
If your husbandry is off (fluctuating temps by a few degrees, overhandling, overfeeding, incorrect humidity, too large an enclosure, hides too large, etc), then yes it's normal.
I have 15 ball pythons, not a single one of mine has fasted this winter.
Please provide more details about your set-up (pictures would be best) and perhaps we can help you figure out what's thrown your snake off feed.

well i will post a picture tonight need to get my camera
the humidity is around 54-60
temperature is around 88-90
and i will show you my set up tonight or tomorrow early morning
