question about using flexwatt

Helo everyone I am thinking about building a rack soon and I need some help learning about flexwatt. I am wondering if i use a 1ft peice of 11" flexwatt per tub how many tubs can I wire to one thermostat? And how many watts can most thermostats handle?

I don't know about most thermostats, but I use Helix DBS-1000s and they handle 500 watts. I also have a Ranco that handles 500 watts. So, using 11" flexwatt at 20 watts/foot, you could run 25 tubs with one Helix. The best thing to do is to find the thermostat you are going to use and divide the t-stats wattage by 20 (watts/foot of 11" flexwatt). That will tell you how many tubs you can run. Hope that helps.
