    vibrational breathing

so how many people here practice vibrational breathing? my hubby is working on his master's degree in it and i think, personally that he's definitely mastered it.

although, i do wish he's practice when i'm not around

    Re: vibrational breathing

I shoot comp long range a skill I was taught in the Corp. guess what I did. Well any way they teach a sort of zen breathing. It teaches one to to naturally slow the body's systems heart rate , breathing, and focus.. Is this what you mean.

    Re: vibrational breathing

jess, other people call it snoring.

the other night we were laying in bed and i said, "well, i'm going to meditate now - and then i turned to him and said, "think you could wait to practice your vibrational breathing till i'm done?"

we both laughed for quite a while over it. so i figured i share it here and see how many other 'vibrational breathers' we have in this group.

Mark is pretty skilled at it! A quick, light elbow-jab works great!
