I didn't have a plan when I started this painting, now I'm stuck. It's acrylic on canvas. Any ideas on what I should change and add to it, besides the obvious like finishing the skull and fetuses?

Thanks. I'm practicing my skulls, flowers, etc. because I'm training to be a tattoo artist. Some people said to add vines connecting he roses, or a pair of old Colt revolvers under the skull, but I don't think I want to do those ideas. I need to add something under the skull, I was thinking maybe some pin striping or flames, but I just can't decide. I just want this one finished. Constructive critisism and ideas please.
