Hurray for Chocolate, she ate tonight!!! And it didn't take her long to zero in on it! Only 2 weeks not eating, so just a guess, I must have stressed her trying to go to a feeder box...on top of a new hide, and tree mess. I am going to be so careful about introducing new ideas, and especially too many at once. I never realized how sensitive BP's are. I am just so happy!!!

And when I went to the pet store to pick up the rat, I saw my first live redtail boa. I am in love again. She is beautiful!! There are 2, the one the keeper says is a general coloring, the one I heald is unusual. Asmoky brown with golden loops on her back and the red dots/markings down her to her tail where the red really takes over and dominates. Just beautiful. $89.00, which seems good, it is 6-8 months, handles good, eats live good. She explained a few of the differences, like it is not head shy, will be longer then Chocolate. I have to think it over, moving I am saving pennies for the trip. But what a temptation.

I will probably go with the pillow case and cooler idea. I may run the air if I get into rain, I won't use air to cut gas cost.

Chocolate is smishing herself between the tank glass and her hide. I worry she is stuck. Can't pull her out because her skin sticks to the glass, I have to tilt the hide to get her free. Shes been staying in the hide, I put the heating pad in and check it, just luke-warm. I am getting an acu-rite tommorrow. But yesterday she started wedging herself like explained. Will she go where she can't get out? So far I have removed her. She hissed at me tonight, I think she disapproved of being bothered. But it was to get her out to eat, and she did.

Thanks Everybody!! Mommy can relax now
