what should i get... to many choices

Ok I Bought My First Ball Python Back In October And Unfortunatly I Wish I Had Known About These Forums First. I Bought A 20 Gallon Tank And Living In Mass It Was Real Hard To Get Temps Right. I Kept Going Out And Buying More Suff....lights Uth And Then A Crappy Thermostat Which Fluctuates So Bad. Anyway A Girl At Work Just Got A Gegho So She Has Bought My Tank And Stuff Of Me. So I Talked To The GuY At Reptiletubs.com He Seems A Cool Guy And I Ordered A Cb70 Tub And Some Flexwatt Of Him My Question Is Now I Want To Get A New Thermostat And Am Thinking About A Herpstat Or Helix -do These Come Pre Wired Or As I Only Have 1 Snake And Am Probably Not Going To Get Anymore Should I Just Get A Ranco And What Is This I Hear That On/off Thermostats Can Cost More On Electricity Bills Is This True..... Thanks For Reading My Long Question And Helping Me Out:

That's a question? There weren't any questions marks, so I'll take it as a statement.

You can go wrong with any of the following tstats, Helix, Herpstat, Ranco, Johnson. Ideally proportional (Helix or Herpstat) but the on/off (Ranco, Johnson) will be more than fine.

They come with usually one power strip (average about 6) but you can add on. It's about how much wattage the t-stat can handle. Also, please dont type all in caps. It's hard to read and in forum language, your yelling right now. And if you are yelling... well then your just a big meanie.

Helix DBS-100 is plug and play and can handle 500w. It was recommended to me, it is what I use, I love my helixes! Pffft...I may try out those herpstats one day...see what all the fuss is about, until then its all helix.
