I wish I could get my camera to pick up on my Nova's color changes! She changes colors right before my eyes and I'm shocked every time. Just had her out a few minutes ago and she had the brightest pink coloration going on that I've ever seen on her.

    How old is he?
Also were his eyes always brown?

I only ask because my girls eyes are half ice blue and half brown and I'm wondering if they are going to change as she gets older.

I don't have an exact birth date on him, but if I were to guess I'd say he's up at 1.5 years.

I haven't really even paid a lot of attention to his eye color, but as far as I know they have always been dark. I think I would have noticed if they were lighter or had more contrast at any point in time.

Have you posted any pics of your snake's eyes? I'd like to see them.

Here a few pictures of her eyes.

I need a marco lens for my camera. The "close up" setting is not all that great, as you can see.

She does have really contrasting silver eyes... I'm not sure what determines eye color, but maybe a breeder will know.
