What great customer service. I just placed an order with Mark at AP and all I could say is what a very nice guy. He was very patient with what I wanted and even offered his point of view and what would be best for what I was using them for. I ordered a custom T3 with removable divider, The Carpet Cage and a custom A20 all with belly heat and lights. I cannot wait til they get here.
I then called pro-products and talked with Bob. I told him that I needed a heat panel for the A20 cage and he took his time and explained everything to me and suggested the correct size I needed.
Both these companies impressed me so much. You could sense right away that these companies are here for the customer and not entirely for the sale. They will diffinetly have my business in the future. Only wish I called them first before buying from others.
Oh I also ordered a Herpstat 2 from Spyder Robotics, but I did'nt talk with anyone I just used paypal.
