Monty is a cute little bugger! I see you have a digital thermometer in the enclosure, but what is the stick on dial measuring? Unfortunately, the stick on dials are notorious for being inaccurate, whether they be measuring temps or humidity.

How's he eating for you? The enclosure looks like it could be a bit overwhelming for him, as large as it is and I'd be concerned with feeding issues as a result.

It looks like a lot of care was taken in giving Monty a palace! I'd probably add quite a few more hides in there for him to help him feel even more secure.

    Thanks for sharing your pictures!

the stick on was my hygrometer til i got the digi therm/hygro.

hes not feeding too great at the moment only takes f/t mice if they are left at the door of his cave in the dark.

the cage is 36"x 15"x 15" built it myself. i have 3 hides the one beside the water aint a rock!

only problem i have is trying to get a heat mat to fit, need a 15"x15" but they dont exsist.

If he is eating, thats a good sign. doesnt matter how long it takes him to take the item. As long as he takes it.
