You humidity is not correct. Get your humidity up to 70% during shed time or use a humid hide and your snake should shed fine.
Please type properly next time. People will take you much more seriously.

sorry about the poor writing, I'm just kinda sketched out because my snake is unbelievably scaley and he has a good amount of wrinkles around his tail and his mid point, i dont no if that sounds right or not

if i put him in something with warm water he doesnt stay in and he wont let me force him in, and when i rub my hand down his body toward his tail i hear a cracking sound kinda scares me

....do you have any kind of smaller plastic container with a lid?....
Put a little water in the container(halfway up the snakes body)....put your snake in the container...put the lid on the container....put the container in the enclosure......check back in 30 minutes and your snake should not be cracking anymore and hopefully it will have shed a bit more of its skin.

don't use warm water! just room temp. what feels warm to us might be too warm for them.

why exactly is his skin cracking though does that mean he will be shedding soon or does this not happen often
