    How to prevent escape

I was wondering what are some of the little tricks of the trade for preventing escape? I know there are alot of things on the market now and wondering if anyone has used them?

    Re: How to prevent escape

I'm not sure what you mean by "preventing escape"? Most reptile aquarium-style cages come with locking lids. People that use Sterilite-type containers will often use binder clips to secure the lids onto the bins. Finally, people that use racks rarely have problems with escapees as the bins are designed to slide into the rack and not leave any openings large enough for an escape.

Dumbbells? Some people have put bungee chords around the top and wrapped it under the bottom too. Get some rope and tie it tight?

My mom was too at first. In fact, she still is about the one that is still in a rank. For the tank, I use a solid piece of MDF with holes drilled for ventilation and put 2 25# weights on top of it.
