Congrats !! Hoping for you to get lots of eggs!!! Our biggest female went through that color change too. My wife did not believe me that it was the same snake.

well ive tried Ralphs palpate technique quite a few times and all she want to do is come back out of the tub backwards, she never moves foward, my other female breeding this year will slide through my hands but this one wont, ive sat for hours before trying to palpate her with no luck.

Keep the tub cracked only a little bit ... 2 inches or so ... don't give her any room to "come back" ... temporarily put a hide or some crumpled up newspaper inside and "point" her at it ... she'll head right for it while you do your thing.

Obviously I'm not palpating Kisasa yet...but there are times when I am trying to put her back in her tub and she is trying to go anywhere BUT there. But if I get her head down and point it right at the entrance of one of her hides....no matter how uncooperative she'd been up to that point, she'll slither right into her hide...even if she decides not to stay there as soon as I put the lid on. LOL
"Darn it! She did it to me again!"
