    Group Feeding Finally!!

I've always had problems with Hades and eating. And almost any other problem you can think of i.e mites, escaping. Until last night he hadn't eaten in over 4 months. I tried everything and at first he was okay, but he started to lose weight the past month. FINALLY last night he ate!! I just got two pet rats a few weeks ago and the snakes are a lot more active than they used to be. I think the presence of the rats is what helped. The same also goes for my little girl Narcissa! She hasn't eaten in months, but didn't lose any weight. I didn't get any pics of Hades because he's solitary and took the mouse into his box. I just wanted to share my joy with all!!

    Narcissa

I also thought these pictures of Ashes eating were pretty cool.

    Re: Group Feeding Finally!!

Narcissa? She is taking a f/t weanling rat which is a bit smaller than an adult mouse. I had a feeling she would eat because she was cruising around her tank all week. I bred the rats myself sometime back. Seeing as she hasn't eaten in a while I wanted to start her off with something small. But she definitely has the potential to take an adult mouse. That picture makes her look bigger than she actually is. She's only about 500 grams at most.

I also feel kind of bad that she poopies on the obituaries... >_> lol

So cool; I am happy to see that Ashes is doing well. He was an awesome snake while I had him; one of those that you really want to keep, but I knew that I had to downsize.. yay!
