Anyone know how I can get ahold of them? Im needing to order a rack and they seem to have the best deal and from what ive heard super quality customer service.

Judy I started a thread a while back and i was trying to determine if Rich was still in business or not. I e-mailed him (with the e-mail on his site, and the one you just wrote) and I called him (with the phone number on his site, and again the one you just posted). I was never able to get in touch with him, he never responded to e-mails and that number (last time I called) was out of service.

I think it's unusual for him to not return or answer phone calls/e-mails..but there are others that claim he's still sending out top quality racks.

I believe Ed Clark knows how to get in touch with him..he's the last I'm aware of that got some hatchling racks from him a few weeks ago.

Well, that's off a business card I got from him at Daytona this past August. Other than a brief conversation there (which to be honest, I can't even remember for sure which vendor it was because I talked to LOTS) I've never spoken or done business with him. But you'd think a card given out at Daytona would be current.

Yep it was after Daytona that I got in touch with him and ordered my rack. I love it..and I called again 2 months later to get pricing on an adult rack and could get nothing

Thanks everyone for the info, I kidof already knew about the email and phone number. I had emailed him a few weeks ago and hoped he had everything working again but I guess not. I think im going to go with reptile basics now and hopefully Herpenclosures in the future.

I know this is an old thread but i was wondering if anyone has any off the racks from them? If so how was the shipping and transaction handled? I also would like to get opinions on his racks as far as quality and such.I am looking for a few racks soon and prefer to not waste time .Thanks
