There are a bunch of links on this but it is probably because the humidity is too low. With glass cages I have heard of people covering half the cage with a towel or something and misting regularly. Also make sure your temps are good with a warm side and a cool side. how are you heating and what temps do you have.

Bump up your humidity and it should be fine.

Re: New to the bp world

well the shed came off in pieces most likely becuase your humidity is not high enough. Check out a good care sheet, and the BP FAQ page
    http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...ad.php?t=31102

If the shed is still not off, go ahead and soak her in some lukewarm-warm water, with the water not high enough to go over her back.

Welcome to the BP world! Make sure to check out some of the care instructions, pet stores usually leave out a lot of things

    Best of luck to you!
