hi welcome to the site!
Ball pythons go poo when they want to go poo...you don't have anything to worry about yet. What's his size? and what's he feeding on?

Re: new comer
Hi Welcome to BP.net!
It is normal for snakes to go long periods of time between pooping. Just make sure your humidity levels are at the proper levels (50-60%..measure humidity with a digital hygrometer, not one of those dial things.. they are junk)
Ball pythons should only be feed once per week at most.. 3 times in 15 days is a bit much. Remember you should not handle your snake for 48 hours after feeding.. so feeding only once per week leaves you more 'handling time' as well.
Hope this helps.

Re: new comer
Most other pets are poo factorys (dogs, cats, birds, American bison), so one new to BPs would expect to clean up after them on a regular basis. Something goes in, you expect something back out.

Re: new comer
Thanks alot to all who took the time to answer me! Batista is 24 inches long, and alittle bigger around then a garden hose. the breeder where i purchased him told me to feed him every 5 days. he is eating small adult mice, one per feeding. is that enough?

Hello and welcome to the site Tammy!
A small adult mouse should be suffice but with a girth a little larger than a garden house he should be able to handle a full grown mouse. Providing that you are on a once a week feeding schedule.

If your just needing poop to clean up I'll give you my address. Tonight is the adult rack right.. Loads of nasty newspaper to deal with.. Oh and some aspen. LOL
No totaly normal some poop more some less often but if you feed and they dont poop for like months then theres a blockage problem.. LOL
