Need R.i. Help Asap

hello my girlfriend just purchasedd a sick snake from a girl that had no idea of what she was doing apperently... its a beautiful snake but it has a bad case of R.I. i cannot get him to a vet untill tommrow afternoon. i was wondering if there is anything that i can do to help it out. the girl told my girlfriend it had a "possible case" of R.I. and said she had to snakes die from it about a month ago but when we recieved the snake its mouth and face was all crusty and it was just sitting there with its mouth open. i read all the R.I. threads on the forum but i was wondering if there is anything else i can do... i have no idea how long the snake has been in this state... i raised the humidity and the temps. any feedback would be apperiated!! its a beautiful snake and it would be very tragic to have him die because of someones carelessness!!

You need to raise the temperture up to 4 to 5 degrees more and lower the humidity level and make an appointment to the vet Asap to find a vet that specialise in reptiles use this link http://www.arav.org/USMembers.htm

Reptile Vet Asap!,reptile Vet Asap!,retile Vet Asap!

i know he has to see the reptile vet asap... i looked on the ling someone posted for reptile vets in eau claire and there wasnt any... so i did some calling around.. the little guy goes in at 2 today...so only to more hours of worrying... it was a sleepless night last night.... i cant understand how someone that "cares" about their animals could leave him like this... theres a older pic of him in my gallerey... hes the pastel one... when the girl came to give him to us yesturday she told us he has a "possible R.I." and when she took him outta the box his mouth was open and his head was up in the air and his mouth was just filled with dry mucus...i think thats a deffiante R.I.!!! we had to resuce him... she wanted 200 bucks for him and when i said no way that he could die her reply was "well we have had other offers we'll just take him back" i couldnt believe it my heart just sank... they have no plans to take him to a vet...they were just gonna leave him for the next poor person to buy...if he made it that long...we talked her down to 120 tho... i cant wait till hes better so i can snap some more pics of him... how long does an R.I. typically take to clear up... i'm not even really sure how long this poor guys been sick for
