Alternative to a breeding loan..
I was thinking today (I know, not a safe thing to do..) I remember someone posted about wanting a breeding loan, where they'd borrow someone's high-end morph male to breed to their females..
If someone is strapped for cash but wants to hatch out, say Pastels.. they could buy a male, breed him to their female, fatten him up for a few months, sell him, and make back their money. It would kind of be a relatively cheap way to, sort of, get a free breeding. I know that feeding and housing costs would need to be figured in, but still.. seems like a viable idea to me.
I would never do this personally, just something to start a conversation..

but... if they are strapped for cash... how are they going to buy that morph in the first place?

You have 1440 minutes a day... how are you going to spend yours?

Jen, your idea is not original. It happens every year. let me tell you a story that may amuse you. once upon a time........long, long ago. there was this snake crazy guy that lived in south jersey, had to have this new co-dom BP morph but cash was tight and the morph was insanely overpriced. well this guy had a new pick up truck that was paid for. well the plan was to sell pick up truck to get cash for the BP Morph. then go to the car dealer and buy another truck and only put minimun down. long story short, that morph was a breeding machine and got things rolling. that first morph or two are sometimes very hard to come up with. but well worth it in the long run. TRUE story.

American ingenuity at work!
As for ways to get money for the cash-strapped.. sell a kidney? Donate eggs for women? I have thought of selling my hair, but I am doing better at work now and thus I am buying that Spider.. I feel that I deserve it. Finally got a bonus check!
