    Help!

I have 2 ball pythons, about 2 years old each, kept in the same tank..
One of the pythons has not been eating for the past few months, but the other has been eating 2 mice a week.. I take them out of the tank and try to feed the snakes separately. Anyone know why one of my snakes are not eating?

    Re: Help!

Moved this to the correct forum.

Ball pythons were not made to live together. The one who is not eating is most likely the less dominant one. He is stressed by his cage mate and therefore will not eat. For their wellbeing separate them as soon as possible. Living together also greatly increases the risk of disease and parasite transmission.. and snakes have been known to cannibalise each other as well.

    Re: Help!

Possibly because you have two together, but you need to tell us about your set up, temps, substrate humidity, hides, snake info etc etc.
