    Question Shed?

My sons BP started showing signs of what we thought was shedding this past Monday, dulling color, blueish tint to her eyes etc. She's been in her hide since he put her back in her tank and I've been monitoring the humidity as closely as is possible (it's been a booger to keep up in this old house). This morning she is out of her hide, under her climbing branch and I can see her face, her eyes look clear and normal color but she is still on the dull side. We keep her tank in the appropriate temps for day and night (again monitored closely because this house is old and hard to keep normal temps in) and spritz the tank often to keep the humidity level up......she showed no interest in coming out of her hide or food. Now I'm at a loss as to what is going on with her......anyone got any ideas for us?

    Thanks

    Re: Shed?

Sounds like a perfectly normal shed cycle. Their eyes will clear up a few days before they actually shed. And they are typically not interested in eating during the shed cycle. Just keep working on that humidity and you'll see a shed soon.
