The "Vomtore Offer" is on hold for awhile

Well, we have to get our house mainline redone and get a bunch of other lines repaired. Plus, the guy who we payed to re-do our bathroom decided to screw my grandma out of a lot of money. We have had our 1 bathroom refloored 3 times in 1 and a half years so far. Why my grandma gave him that many chances is still beyond me. She is finally taking him to court to sue him. He also hooked up our shower drain and bathroom to the same line and now when we take a shower, the shower will fill up with water. Also, the floor he layed our new bathroom down on is rotting and he didnt repair it, and cause of him "repairing" the floor so many time it need to be TOTALLY gutted out for a 4th damn time.

Now, we found out that he charge us 500.00 to remove all the garbage he left while reflooring the bathroom and he did not remove the garbage and out and out lied to my grandma. So now he have to have both bathrooms gutted out, our driveway ripped up, go to court to sue this guy and there might be a leak under our house, which is why our water and power bill was 1,200.00 this month. Normally our bill is way less then half of that. My grandma is beside herself and me and my aunt are chipping in a few grand each to help get this done. Her main concern is if something were to happen to her, that she leaves us with a house with no issues. I apologize that I can't offer this for a long time do to this unforseen incident we have to deal with and all be it that Christmas isn't that far away either it's gonna make money tight.

I am so sorry this has happened to your grandma .It is really low to take advantage of someone like that jerk did.Take him for everything he has he does not deserve sympathy.

I appreciate the concerns. My aunts friend who is a plumber is giving us an amazing deal. Normally to get a new main line cost between 8,000.00-10,000.00 but he's only gonna do it for 4,500.00 I believe. But we also have to pay a few G's to get the other bathroom redone. Just bad timing when it comes to stuff like this.
