    Re: Poping and Probing Danger

Probing a male or female incorrectly can lead to internal damage, infection, and other complications. In males, a mistake can result in the inability to reproduce.

Popping incorrectly can cause internal damage to body stuctures such as the spine and reproductive organs.

.......there are NO pros to popping or probing without experience.

I would not anyone from that place or petco touch my rats let alone my snakes! Find a real vet not some wannabe quack. If you do not know how to probe or pop properly do not try it .That sentence was for the thread starter.

I'm sure he means the Vet at Banfield...the animal hospital inside most Petsmarts.
