    Silly Feeding Stories

I just fed Orwell, and I put the mouse into his feeding box and wiggled it with a spoon.
He tried to hunt the spoon. After striking it once I figured, "this isn't safe for him to bite!" so I took it out and set it on the ground.. he struck at it on its way out again. Then he kept running his nose along the enclosure, watching the spoon and disregarding the hopper right beside him!
I guess it just looked so tasty!
What a dork. What silly things have happened to you while feeding your snake?

    Re: Silly Feeding Stories

    That's a good story.

Mine was sitting in his feeding box, tracking down his mouse. The mouse ran by his tail, he then struck at his tail instead of the mouse. He didn't really bite down but he did back up into the corner. Then he started looking again.
