no visible difference, the het is carrying a gene for albinism.

and from what i understand (I'm just learning)

if it's 100% het... then it definitely carries the gene

if it's 66% het... then it may carry the gene or it may not.

Basically, the percentages are probabilities. So the 100% het, or more correctly 100% probable het has a 100% probability to be a het, so it IS a het.

The 66% probability happens this way -

In a het to het breeding where you get 4 eggs, the probabilities show that you should get

    1 albino (25%)
    2 hets (50%)
    1 normal (25%)

If you get an albino, you KNOW its an albino! But on the other 3, the only way to find out is to breed them. So, if you get 1 albino and 3 normal looking babies, statistically speaking, 2 of those normal looking babies should be hets. 2 out of 3 or 2/3 probability = 66%.

In a het(100%) to normal breeding, all of the babies will be normal looking.
According to the probabilities, out of 4 babies, you should get

    2 hets (50%)
    2 normals (50%)

Since you can't tell them apart, they are all statistically 50% probable hets.

Hope this helps to explain it some.
