It Bit ME !!!!!

Ok so I come over to my mother in Laws house today and she is out on the sun porch with a stick tapping the ground saying "Shooo Shoooo". I ask her what she was doing? She told me she was trying to herd this big lizard out of the porch. So me being the herp master exstordaniare that I am I walk out there to find a Huge 3" anole scampering back and forth. So I reach down to get him. I pick him up in my hands he is all piss and vinager squirming and kicking and thats when I feel a pinch. HMMMM what was that. I look down to see the little cuse had swung around and bit me on the index finger. :eek: And was trying to pull out a chunk.. it was really kinda cute. I took him outside and let him down only after all foor feet were on the ground did he open his eyes and let go to scamper off..

So I can't go one month with out getting bit by something LOL

We have BILLIONS of anoles running around!! I have bien bitten by several myself. They are very cute when they try to play Nile Monitor.

I am recovering well the doctor expects me to regain full use of the finger. All though he said that it might give me truoble in the colder weather, and he gave me some cream to put on it.. LOL

I'm a slow learner and an ever worse student. I am still learning that there are two things wild critters don't want from me 1: a hug (big no no with things like bobcats, jelly fish and the odd squirel that wanders to close) 2: a nice big kiss (those little ground hogs may look cute but they a lousy kissers.)
