Many people sign their names along with their rep hits. If they decline to do so, then it is not visible to you. If you feel someone has hit you unfairly feel free to bring it to a mod or admin.
Considering your comments on the other thread, I would guess you got hit with some neg rep. Please remember that revenege hits are against TOS.

when you leave some one feedback, put your name on the little note.
You got it man! I always do it, positive or negative. If you have the balls to neg rep someone, at least put your name in (hint hint, you know who you are)
K, here's my question... I'm not "forum savey" so this is all new to me Can you view other people's rep points? I've never noticed them... Or are the green dotts(?) what other people see on your page... ?
