So I had a total chick moment last night (No, I wasn't watching Lifetime)
So, I watched Terri Irwin on 20/20 last night, and I was crying through the whole thing. But, the part that got me sobbing was when Terri said "I felt like I lost my prince!" God, that just tore me up inside. Then to make matters worse I'm thinking about the world in general, and a commercial comes on, and it's about who is Anna Nicole's father is. Ok, who cares about a chick who gets plastered on T.V. and wants to show the world her rack. Sad what makes you more famous the others.

Check out the part at the end of the story where she is talking about what their son Bob did.

I didn't see it either, but yes just reading what little Bob did, got me all choked up.
I've seen many guys cry over this whole thing. Natural!
My 60 y/o father was bawling his eyes out when he heard about it. I've NEVER seen him cry except over my mother who passed away back in 2000. Steve meant a lot to the world. My father still gets all choked up over it.

Yeah it was tough to watch. Me, my aunt and my grandma all watched it. Haha I was crying more then they were.

I did not get a chance to watch the interview. I really wished I had known it was on because I would have.
Don't feel bad as I am tearing up just reading this thread and seeing just how respected Steve really was and how much this world will miss him.
It is hard to lose a family member but I think just as hard to lose a HERO.

I applaud you guys who are able and willing to emote. Too many are taught that it's unmanly to weep and that's a bunch of BS. Thanks for taking the time to SHARE how you've felt!
Since the memorial service was broadcast on 3 stations in Australia, is there any word that those of us in the US will be able to see it, in its entirety, instead of just the clips of Bindi, the jeep and the "crikey" flowers?????
Just watching the other clips that MSNBC had listed is still making me cry.
It's going to be sooo much harder for Bob.

Me too - and she said it twice which just brought on more sobs. And when she said that they had to be Wildlife Warriors and broke up - got me sobbing again.
I was telling a co-worker about the show and about the "I lost my prince" and started crying as I was re-telling it.
I do have to say though, FWIW - that I think it takes a stronger man to cry than one that never cries.
