I did another essay, you guys will be seeing one once or twice a month from me.

    This time on our enemy...

PETA: Not who they say they are...

Many criminals do not tell you they are criminals. They will almost always cover up their crimes and try to appear like a good citizen, but they only know their wrongdoings. This is exactly what PETA does. PETA stands for People for Ethical Treatment of Animals. They appear to be a nice group of people trying to help animals, when actually, all they do is harm them and people.

PETA has a good number of followers because more than half of them are mislead. They are brainwashed into believing that PETA is an organization that helps. PETA is known for their crazy antics and getting into laboratories to save rats that are being tested on. These rats are being tested on for medicines and cures. PETA doesn’t believe we should test cures on rats to save human lives. They believe a rat’s life is more important than human lives and to show it, they hire arsonists and terrorists to burn the laboratories down. They have given TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars to arsonists and terrorists. One of their leading members was quoted “blowing stuff up and smashing windows” is “a great way to bring about animal liberation”. My mother’s company’s (pharmaceutical ) had a laboratory broken into and burned down by PETA.

PETA also likes to tell people they put surrendered animals into shelters, when the truth is they usually kill the animal in a van before they leave the former pet owner’s home. PETA kills about 85 percent of animals that are surrendered to them before they even try to find a home for them. In 2005, two PETA members were arrested for killing 31 dogs and cats before putting them in shelters. In their “special” van, a tackle box filled with syringes and lethal drugs was found, and a dumpster filled with the animals’ bodies was nearby. 10,000 animals were victims to the so called “People for Ethical Treatment for Animals”.

They target innocent children in many campaigns, knowing the children will listen to whoever talks to them. If my younger brother ever decided to have anything to do with PETA, they would be happy because now they have more uneducated people to back them up in the future. They have been known to wait outside of schools for dismissal time to talk to children about not drinking milk or eating meat without notifying parents. This is not fair to the children because they shouldn’t be bothered by weird strangers telling them to convert to vegetarian during school, when they should be worrying about school.

PETA has criticized many foundations that are trying to find cures for life threatening diseases such as AIDS, cancer, and other ailments. This makes me very angry because my grandmother died of a disease like this. It hurt me deeply when she died and to know someone is against a cure for it is
Unbelievable. They said if there was a cure for any disease like this, they would be against it. I wonder what they would do if a family member of theirs had a life threatening disease. They would probably change their name which makes them hypocrites.

It is nice to know the FBI is investigating PETA and watching them very closely. I urge anyone who keeps pets, wears leather, eats meat, likes the circus, likes fishing, likes zoos, has a seeing-eye dog , drinks milk, or who has a family member or friend with a disease to fight against PETA as they are against everything I listed.

It's supposed to be a response to any happening in the world.

You could say persuasive. Also informative to an extent.

VCU has a crazy-punk-vegan-art student PETA chapter...their demonstrations each semester are always a good time! Last semester they set up a display that compared farm animals to slaves working on sugar plantations!
