Temp OK to drop for babies?

If you have a pair for breeding and a pair of babies (not ready to breed for another year or 2), and they're all in the same rack controlled by the same thermostat, is it OK to drop the temps around breeding season for the babies?

For the pair of breeders, you will have the cool down and warm up time...I just want to make sure it's OK that babies can experiance the cooler nights as well.

I don't think it's the best idea for babies. I haven't bred yet, but I do have adults and babies, and plan on keeping the babies warmer than the breeding pair. I wouldn't want to risk RI's or refusals to eat for the youngsters.

I'll second Christie's advice.... on exactly the same grounds... This will be my first breeding year... but only the breeding animals will be cycled... The others will be kept at constant temps to aid in better feeding response and a much better chance for no illness in the non-breeding animals.

I talked with Judy on the topic last night and she said basically the same thing. then I talked do Rich from HerpEnclosures.com and he recommends it as well...so I will build or buy another baby rack and go from there! thanks for the advice guys!
