    Accident update

Physically, Mark and I feel OK, though I have a nasty bite on the side of my tongue from the impact! The lady who was driving the other car was 69 years old, and her car was a total loss also (was a larger Chrysler.) But her passenger and her are OK, just treated for shock.
The insurance guy came over today; basically, we need to take the ATV to get appraised and see if it is fixable and if so, how much it'd cost. Damage to it is worse than it looks at first; frame's bent, handlebars squashed, etc. Our Pathfinder is a total loss, as it's a unibody and the frame is shot, not to mention the tranny, radiator.. I could go on lol. They are paying us for the cost of the trailer too.. things are still in limbo a bit till we have the quad looked at by the dealer.
Please wish us luck; I literally feel lost without the quad. I pay on it myself, and I literally ride it every day, sometimes more than once, to take out manure/get the mail/just go all-out on the field-road to relieve stress.

    Re: Accident update

I'm glad you guys are ok. That's the most important thing. Getting the truck and stuff replaced/fixed is going to be a hassle. Best of luck getting all your estimates done as soon as possible, and the quick replacement to follow that. I'm sure it's going to be killer to get everything done without your ATV, but hopefully you'll be back riding in the near future.

I'll echo Christie's remarks; I'm glad you and Mark are OK. Physical things, while it can be a pain, can be replaced, but your lives and health are what matters.

Good to hear that the other driver and her passenger are also okay.

Big hugs to you and Mark! Take it easy as you recover. =)

Jen, this is the first I'm hearing about this, I am so sorry.
I am glad you and Mark are ok. I am sorry to hear about the loss of vehicles and stress relieving therapy loss. You'll be able to ride soon, don't worry. I bet everything will come around for the two of you.
