Something odd
hm OK so I got my acurite just to get an idea what my humidity is like down here in Florida before setting up my enclosures and stuff....well after putting the battery in and letting it sit over night, my temps say 80 degrees. But, my thermostat for my air conditioner is set way below 75.......My AC almost never runs either...and it always feels hot, like it's around 80...It's weird.

Re: Something odd
is it a digital thermostat or dial? The dials are never accurate.

Re: Something odd
the acurite is digital....it's probably the AC that has gone stupid. This an old crappy apartment. Maybe this explains why our electricity bill is so darn cheap...although it reads between 70 and 75, the temp is 80...thats good tho
