I am in the process of getting cerified to ship reptiles....FINALLY....now, I am for the time being waiting for my account rep to call me back. I have called TWICE, and no phonecall. Now, today I call again for the THIRD time, and this time make it known that THIS IS MY THIRD TIME CALLING, and the lady on the other line tells me what I can do if/when it happens that I still get no response in 48 hours. She then proceeds to ask me what I am in the process of trying to do. Of course I say, "getting cerified to ship reptiles"...she then says, "Uh, m'am, we don't ship live animals" :wtf: !!!! I'm like, the *&$!@ don't!!! Tell that to all the other people I know who ALREADY are certified!!!! Geeez!! You would think they'd be a little more apologetic since I am getting them some business! Anybody else have the same problem(s) or is it just me??????
