shed durations

my bp started his first shed in my care bout a month ago. took him a few weeks to complete it only because he was missing for 2 weeks. i used some recommended methods of removing the last of his shed. its been bout a week, he was just fed yesterday. i picked him up today and noticed his eyes are slightly turning to the greyish blue color again. is it normal for a snaked to shed this quickly?

A young very young snake might. It depends on your snakes growth rate.

The stress of being "lost" for awhile, and then the efforts taken to remove the old skin could also lead to an early shed. Just try to let him be...keep the humidity up with as little intervention as possible...and he should shed fine and start feeling secure once again.
