    Thermostats

    Hi,
I currently use a Habistat Temperature thermostst, a simple on/off switching device which works fairly well. Accuracy is not perfect though and temps fluctuate up to +/- 4F at times. I'm looking to upgrade to a pulse proportional thermostat made by the same company but am not sure if this will work with a UTH. I've read up on it but all I can find is "ideal for high powered ceramic heaters" and no info on what can't be used with it. So.. Is it possible to use a pulse proportional thermostat with a UTH?
    Any help is appreciated,
    Cheers!!

    Re: Thermostats

I am pretty sure that is what I am using right now with great success. I have 'stick to the bottom' UTH's, and Herpstats, which I feel are the best thermostats, and EXCELLENT customer support!

Can't seem to get herpstats in the UK, but i think they're pulse proportional so I'll go ahead with the one here! Cheers for the help!

Yuppers we ship to the UK every week. You will have to have a power converter since you run on 220.. A PPT will be fine with a UTH..

    Re: Thermostats

Thanks for the help! How would I go about finding a power converter? Not really sure where to start or how much money to expect to pay?
    Thanks again,
    Paul
