    Mice Breeders

Any one know where i might be able to get some mice breeders in the southern california area. I tried petshop mice and some from petco. Its been 2 months and nothing yet. I heard it might take a while for them to start breeding, but my frustration has led me to start feeding them off.

    Thumbs down Re: Mice Breeders

This could be a possibility, but I bought two rats from Petco for my son. So we thought that it was 2 males but we were wrong. A female somehow got into the male tank so my son is now gonna be a grandpa at age 9. Kinda a funny story. It makes me think that somehow a male mouse snuck into the females tank(or visa versa) and you just happened to pick the same sex mouse. LOL I think that would be funny.

The sex of the mice has nothing to with it due to fact that they are 1 mice to 3 females currently but yes thats kinda funny. Lucky guy? LoL

    Bernie,
I would try replacing the males first.. maybe some freak thing is wrong with them.. If that doesnt work then go after the females. It easier to replace the males as you have less of them to have to replace.. maybe the females arent ready as well...hard to tell.

    good luck man

Well better luck this week one of the females is showing signs of pregnancy. She has that pear shape. Now the next step is to see how well of a mother she'll be since this will be her first litter.
