Red face Dinner and a show

So I went to get orpheus his bi-weekly meal yesterday. The little girl behind the counter was new and not real kein on the idea of getting the rat much less as to its use. She asked if I needed a new home for my friend? I told her I had a nice warm, snug home for him.. The guy that knows me behind the counter started laughing. The puzzled look on her face gave her away. Jerry told her that in half an hour the rat would be wareing a snake skin coat. She did'nt like that.. LOL

Any who. took dinner home ( that what I name all the rats I bye. Keeps me from getting them mixed up. ) Got it out of the box "SHE" was in and thought wow that rat has something wrong with its tummy. No biggie. I gassed her and snap Orpheus was on her.

With out getting to graphic She (the girl at the store) gave me one of their pregnate breeder rats. I know this cause as Orpheus squeezed out came the babys. He ate them too.

Like two hours later I get a call. Its Jerry he was hoping that I hadn't offed the rat yet cause that was their best breeder female for that size rat. I hated to tell him that she and the kids were all enjoying their new coats. LOL

LMAO!!! I love your response. Wow, that's pretty crazy. I'm sure Orpheus is sitting happy now that he had dinner and dessert.

I dunno though, if I had noticed a rat that big, I would have felt it to see if it was pregnant or not.

Orpheus must be a nice sized ball python to get fed a pregant breeder rat. Do you have some pictures of Orpheus and how big is he?

    Re: Dinner and a show

Well see thats the thing it wasn't like a huge Jumbo rat. It was only a little bigger than he is use to and only cause of the belly. I normaly see like the HUGE Rambo sized rats with pups. But this one was just a little thinner than my hand. But pop pop pop out came the pinkies. It was kinda gross.

And to answer Jenharrison's thing I would know what a prego rat feels like to wave my life.. LOL

Woah, that's pretty graphic! Sounds like "buy one, get 8 free."
