    Iris CB75's

Does anyone know where we can find the Iris CB75 tubs?
These Dimensions: 22 3/10"W x 37 3/10"L x 6 4/5"H would be just about right for our next tub racks. Hopefully we can move my BP's and some growing yearling boas into these tubs after they out grow the Sterilite 1956 tubs we have. We were looking at building a melamine rack to hold appx 6 CB75 tubs.

I know these guys (http://www.reptiletubs.com), but is there anywhere else?
Didn't Target & Office Depot carry Iris tubs?

    Melamine shelves would cost us about $100, 11" Flexwatt to heat one side $21.00, the tubs I expect $12.00-$15.00ea X 6 = $85.00 = $210-$225. $225.00/$37.50 per 3X2 enclosure.

Later on I will add a Helix DBS $125.00 = making the total $330-$350 total. $350.00 for six heated 3X2 enclosures comes out to $60.00 each.

You could always make it a cheaper by going with a different wood or with something cheaper than Helix.

I'd let your fingers do the walking Gerry. Maybe if you have a Sam's Club, The Container Store or Bed, Bath and Beyond handy I'd try phoning them. I am having an awful time finding Iris tubs locally here in Toledo as well and I hate paying shipping on a lot of bigger tubs too.

I cant find ANY Iris tubs locally either. I was looking for tubs for my rack, but had to settle on the Sterilite 41 qt. underbed tub. (36x16x6)

Wish I coulda found those Iris tubs, and have the 6" increase in width.

    Where in Florida are you?

    Try http://Organizeeverything.com
They have pretty much the best prices on the net, and always have some of the hard to find tubs.

I have never seen a CB75 anywhere except on www.reptiletubs.com. Bed Bath and Beyond sometimes will carry some Iris tubs but in my experience its mainly the CB110s and then the ones smaller than the CB70s. When I was on a search for CB70s in S. FL I went EVERYWHERE. Office Depot carries the CB70s but not in the stores.

Hmmm just realized Reptile Tubs is only about 85 miles from us and only about 30 miles past Cedar Point. Maybe a combined trip might be worthwhile later this summer or early fall LOL. I wonder if they are a vender at NARBC Chicago? I'll have to look that up or email them as their website only shows a question mark beside that show.

Eric is a very cool guy ... one of the nicest in the business ... I don't believe that he has a "storefront" that is open to the public, but give him a call and let him know you're in the neighborhood ... I'm positive that he does the Chicago show as well as Daytona.

And he has a very cool collection of ball pythons to boot!

    Re: Iris CB75's

Thanks for the info Adam. We may just wait then and pick up the new tubs in October. I'll figure out what we need and maybe let Eric know ahead of time and just pick the order up there if that works out okay for him. Man you are a font of info...thanks again!
