    BEST/CHEAPEST place for rodent-cicles?!

so what's the best place for frozen rodents (price and quality-wise)?

i am so sick of raising live rodents already... i think the rats are kinda cool as pets but i don't like raising them for food for whatever reason. i'd rather just pay for bulk rats and throw them in the freezer.

I'm liking http://www.bigcheeserodents.com/ personally, I always get quality feeders and ultimately the best price for what I need. Always arrives the same week I order it too. Good stuff.

Back when we fed f/t we used www.themousefactory.com Edna is a great lady who is very helpful as far as what to order and the best bang for your rodent buying buck. The orders were packaged very, very well. Heck as nicely as live critters and the turnaround from phone order to delivery was amazing. Very clean prey items, packaged well and a nice consistency of size. I'd definitely recommend them anytime.

The other thing to check is I think there's a rodent supplier that goes to that monthly herp show in Taylor, MI...Ed something or other???? (sorry memory sucks lol). Don't know if he does f/t or just brings live but it's worth checking that out. I know a few folks on this forum go there regularily.

I second The Mouse Factory. Their facilities are fantastic, the rodents are clean/healthy and the service is flawless. Shipping was fast and on time. I recently got ~500 units from them and each unit was perfect. The Queens are Kings in my book!

Edna's a hoot to talk to on the phone too isn't she Chris LOL. She's also very very knowledgeable about their product and was incredibly helpful to me on my very first frozen rodent order. I wasn't quite sure what to order, quantity and size wise to get the best deal as far as shipping but with Edna's patient help I was quite pleased with my final order. Our phone conversation was at 11 a.m. on that Monday morning....the order was in my hands at my front door at 12:35 the next day...you just cannot beat that for service.

She is a little rascal! Her hubby is just as nice. When I was a teen they let me come visit their place and showed me around. It's in west Texas surrounded by nothing. No regrets when ordering from TMF!!

Oh, I'm jealous. I'd love to see a rodent feeder facility...seems like it would be fascinating...and little intimidating to be in a room with THAT many mices!

You would have such a good time! They cover you with peanut butter, toss you in the mouse pen and close the door for 18 minutes. A million tiny tongues licking away!!!
