    White Areas Developing

We have had my wifes ball python for three weeks now. Her name is Ginger. After the last shed she started to develop some white spots. I have looked very close and even under magnification. If I didn't know better I would almost think that it is a lack of pigment of her skin in those areas. Its wierd. A snake can't develop that as time goes by right. Any ideas?

Her shed was practically perfect (helped a little with the tip of tail), humidity is 45-50%. She is eating very well.
