my wife is expanding her business from cleaning houses to cleaning business. we have no idea what to write or how to word it. i know there are alot of smart people here with great writing skills. can someone help us out on this. this is what she has so far. as you can see its scattered and i'm not sure if its going to sell her services

I currently have openings in the evenings to clean offices.

I have been cleaning since 1999. References available upon request. I am dependable and very thorough.

cleaning will include:

Daily cleaning of office areas: counters,desktops, telephones, vacuuming carpets

Daily thorough cleaning of restrooms and kitchen areas/break rooms

Daily trash removal

One note: she gonna clean refridgerators in the kitchen area/break rooms? If so, might be a nice addition "Daily cleaning of restrooms, kitchen areas including refridgerator, and break rooms." I know my office fridges are disgusting and the company cleaning crew doesn't touch them.
