Calm down, breathe in, breathe out.
Wait a week before feeding him. Make sure you heat it upin a hot bowl of water first. Mouse should be warm to the touch. Snakes can go time with out eating.
Tell us about your set ups and temps.

Also read this page. Pay close attention to temps and humidity.

Re: I Need Help Please Anyone!!!!!
Welcome to the forum. Please go through the caresheet Lars provided for you (thanks Lars!) and perhaps some threads in the husbandry section of the forum on Ball Pythons so you can compare your housing and care of the snake to what most people here do. Then perhaps give us an idea of what specifically you might need to know more on after you do some research here.
There are lots of experienced people here that have from one to hundreds of ball pythons and will be more than willing to help you once they know exactly what needs addressed.
Most of us leave our new snakes for a good week or two w/o handling, feeding or any contact other than changing their water to let them settle in properly.

Re: I Need Help Please Anyone!!!!!
Typically a snake is given 1 week before attempting to feeding. The poor thing has undergone a very stressful move, and is surrounded my an unfamiliar world. Allow him a full week of quiet and no touching. Also, make sure the temperatures are correct and measured with a digital thermometer. If the environment isn't right, then he's not gonna eat anyway.
I know it's easy to panic, but unless this animal was in horrible shape when you received it, it will be ok for a couple weeks. Another thing I would recommend, is taking your animal to an experienced herp vet and having a fecal done, to be sure your animal is clear of any parasites (internal or external).

Just to clarify, you didn't try to freeze a mouse and THEN offer it to him, did you? It's not clear, so I want to make sure.
Also, like others said, take some deep breathes, it's not going to die on you if it takes a week, two weeks, or even a month before it eats.
My guy went 4 1/2 months recently without eating, and didn't lose any significant weight and is happy and healthy.
Follow the suggestions of the other posters, and read some caresheets. Everything will be fine!
And welcome to the forum!

Re: I Need Help Please Anyone!!!!!
finally i can share some experience
well, i was like you when i got my BP. i thought it would eat as soon as i throw the mouse. but then i realized i was wrong. im sure you've already read the posts/care sheets ... well, when i 1st offered the mouse, i felt sad that it shied away from it.
i fell into alot of mistakes, wrong hidings, wrong temp, too many lights were on and ofcourse so many sounds also , some of my cousins were knocking on the cage "i know its retarted!, i kept stopping them".
well, as many posts suggest. get the correct temp. leave it in its viv for atleast a week, even though they tell you dont handle it in its 1st week, since mine is 6 months old , it didn't mind me holding her. so i held her for 1/2 hour each couple of day " it only coiled on the begining" but now its only been 15 days and it doesn't coil at all. anyways, how i did it, after getting the right conditions in the viv. when the feeding day came i turned off the lights "i only left one on". then i removed the hiding slowly, the dangled the mouse alittle bit infront of her. it didn't shy. infact it was showing interest in it, so i left the mouse close to her and bang
so good luck

Regardless of age, you should wait a week before handling, and ideally until after they've eaten 2 or 3 times for you to give them the best start possible.
